Upon execution of your deletion request, the following information is permanently and irreversibly destroyed from our active production systems:

• Identity & Profile Information: Your full name, registered email address, cryptographic password hash (scrypt), profile avatar, and account status.
• Authentication & Security Tokens: All active sessions, remember-me tokens, device identifiers, and session cookies.
• Tool Usage History & Preferences: Your recent tool usage counts, personalized category shortcuts, and theme preferences.
• Wallet & Referral Data: Referral codes, invitee links, balance ledger records, and payout histories.
• Transient Tool Files: Tool Fixt processes over 95% of documents directly inside your browser sandbox without server transmission. Any transient files processed server-side are permanently purged within two hours independently of account deletion.

5. Data Retained for Legitimate Legal, Security, or Tax Reasons

Tool Fixt practices strict data minimization. However, certain limited records may be retained strictly where required by applicable statutory obligations:

• Financial & Tax Compliance: If you purchased a Tool Fixt Pro or Business subscription, payment processor transaction IDs, invoices, and GST/tax compliance receipts are retained strictly for the statutory financial retention period required by revenue authorities and payment processor regulations (Razorpay / PayU). These records are held in access-restricted accounting vaults and are never used for marketing.
• Fraud & Abuse Deterrence: Non-personally identifiable security logs (such as rate-limiting denial-of-service counters) may be retained in aggregated, anonymized format to protect platform infrastructure.

6. Data Retention Periods & Backup Purge Cycle

• Live Production Databases: Personal data and account credentials are wiped immediately upon confirmation.
• Disaster Recovery Snapshots: Encrypted, rolling backup snapshots are completely overwritten and purged within 30 days in accordance with our automated backup lifecycle.
• Transient File Processing: Scrubbed and permanently erased from server scratch storage within two (2) hours.

7. What Happens After Deletion

• Your account cannot be restored or reactivated once deletion is finalized.
• Any active Pro or Business subscription benefits associated with your account are immediately cancelled.
• You remain completely welcome to continue using all 870+ free browser tools on Tool Fixt anonymously at any time without registering.
